These terms govern your use of timkilroy.com, which KLRY LLC operates. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What the site is

The site publishes articles, playbooks, free tools, and information about Tim Kilroy's programs. It's educational content, not legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice. Results from the free tools and assessments are automated and generalized, so treat them as a starting point for your own judgment, not a verdict on your agency.

Programs and client work

Paid programs, coaching, and consulting are governed by a separate written agreement or the terms shown at checkout. If those terms conflict with these, those terms win. Booking a call or filling out a form doesn't create a client relationship.

Acceptable use

You may use the site for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with it, bypass access controls, submit malicious material, impersonate someone else, or scrape it at a volume that degrades the service. The site's AI preferences, published in robots.txt, ask that its content not be used to train AI models.

Ownership

KLRY LLC or its licensors own the site's writing, playbooks, frameworks, tools, design, and software, including The WTF Agency Method™. You're welcome to quote and link to the site with attribution. You may not republish or resell substantial portions of it without permission.

We link to tools, partners, and other third parties. We don't control their content, availability, security, offers, or privacy practices. Some links may earn us a referral fee.

Governing law

The laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts govern these terms, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute about them belongs in the state or federal courts in Massachusetts.
