timkilroy.com is operated by KLRY LLC, doing business as timkilroy.com. This policy explains what we collect through the site and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you fill out a form on this site, we collect what you put in it. Depending on the form, that can include your name, email address, company, website, role, and your answers about your agency. That covers the contact form, newsletter and download signups, the free tools and assessments, and the podcast guest form, which also collects the headshot and bio you upload. If you book a call, our scheduling tool collects your name, email, and the time you pick. If you email us, we collect what's in your message.
Our hosting and measurement tools also receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the page that referred you, and your approximate location. We use Google Tag Manager to manage measurement tags, and those tags may set cookies or similar technologies.
How we use it
- To reply to you and deliver what you asked for, like a playbook, a tool result, or a newsletter.
- To schedule and run calls, podcast episodes, and client work.
- To send email you signed up for. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
- To operate, secure, measure, and improve the site.
- To comply with the law and protect our rights and our users.
Who we share it with
We share information with service providers that help us run the business: hosting, databases, email, scheduling, and analytics. Today those include Cloudflare, Supabase, Loops, beehiiv, Calendly, and Google. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer. We don't sell or rent your personal information. Selling your email address would be a terrible way to earn your trust.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we reasonably need it to serve you, keep records, and resolve disputes. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service is perfectly secure.
Your choices and rights
You can block or delete cookies in your browser and unsubscribe from any email we send. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our use of your personal information. To make a request, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before we complete it.
Other sites
This site links to other websites, including tools and programs that run on their own domains. Their privacy practices are their own.
Children
This site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information.
